Michelle will focus on developing self care and wellness practices in an effort to reduce stress which can lead to burnout and compassion fatigue for educators and coaches. Mindfulness/meditation, breathing techniques, creative movement, self-reflection and curating personal coping strategies when stress arises will be explored to get you back to yourself. The self you may have lost along the way. Get curious and come “home”. It's time to find your breath and ignite your fire. Your inner flame hasn’t gone out, I promise.
